The skies are gloomy. The trees are dead. And two wands block your way. This is the card of halted motion, interruptions and delays. Even if you could get past this blockage, the path beyond is a crooked, tortuous path filled with endless detours. You will get lost for sure. You are already lost. You are lost in the fog.
The wands offer resistance, but if you get tangled up in that barbed wire you will experience true paralysis. You will be stymied. Those two crows dont look like they will let you pass either.
The spacing of the two wands one after the other on your path symbolizes intermittent, halted motion.
The ball and chain symbolizes the drag coefficient of life.
The owl is there to promote mystery, as spooky eyes peer out of the gloom. You feel apprehensive. Better just wait.
You will get a flat tire and not have a spare. You will get stuck in the mud. You will be plagued with obstacles. You will meet resistance. The wind will be taken from your sails. You'll just have to wait. You will be late and you will wast everyone's time.
Watch out for low hanging branches. Beware of quicksand in your path. Don't struggle. Don't advance when your path is not clear. Don't run on a flat tire.
No greater crime than loss of time.
Make dust or eat dust.
