6 of [ / ] Spades
The Unfamiliar Environment:
-- Debilitating & Alienating

Debilitating debauchery and deviation
Detrimental animosity and disaffection
Hostility, alienation, forced exile
Poverty, privation, starving all the while

Debilitating animosity alienating
Detrimental poverty starving

Description:
Five swords congregate around a tree. One sword has been left out in the cold, symbolizing abandonment or alienation. The remaining swords are impassive. Their fickle fingers of fate pointed to the sixth sword and he was exiled. Exile then, is the emotional equivalent to the physical rejection found within the correlative 6 of Subtraction/Clubs/Staves.

The exiled sword also represents privation, and existence within a debilitating, detrimental environment. He needs to get out of there and find some real friends.

But wait, this is all a lie. It’s all just a projected image cast upon a curtain. My devious attempt to deceive has failed. But perhaps I can interest you in a game of chance?

The exposed curtain and the shell game both symbolize deception, lying and trickery. Someone is being lied to, or lying to someone. Dirty tricks are being played. Turn your head real fast, and you will see them changing the set of this movie. It’s all phony.

Prediction:
You will get drunk... again. You will lie. You will alienate everyone. You will be cast out. You will never be forgiven.

Advice:
Don't allow yourself to be influenced by decadent means. Change your evil ways. Don't be a bad influence. Don't be so hostile. Don't push people away. Don't lie. Get out of here.

Maxim:
O what a tangled web we weave, when we practice to deceive.
One rotten apple can spoil the whole barrel.
