Making Stuff

I was asked to make some end tables that could be tucked away under some chairs and then brought out and extended to be higher. I tried two designs. One design involves a top with flaps that drop down and fit into slots. The other is a basic scissor jack idea.

I painted one of my mandala designs on the top.	It's not exaclty the strongest design, but it only needs to hold a drink and some papers.
I painted another mandala on this one too.	This design was actually pretty strong, because I added crossbeams along the way for side to side stability.
